Omaha, Neb. – Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) announced today the endorsement from his 2022 primary opponent, Steve Kuehl. Kuehl was supported by former President Trump in his 2022 campaign.
“Following the 2022 primary election, Don Bacon reached out to me to build a relationship,” said Kuehl. “I know firsthand that Don is a man of principle, faith, and conviction who is committed to working with all Americans to move our country forward. We must re-elect Congressman Bacon to keep our Republican majority in the U.S. House in 2024, and I encourage all Nebraska Republicans to rally behind Don in his re-match against Tony Vargas.”
Bacon issued the following statement after Steve Kuehl’s endorsement:
